This is an older IFF animation I made using Dpaint and Vista.  The tanks 
were all hand drawn and animated in Dpaint, the background is Vista.  
Any recommendations for programs that add sound to an animation by 
frame number can be sent to the above e-mail address and would be 
appreciated.  I have some more recent (better, and much larger-longer) 
anims to upload but I would like to have sound in them.

I have included the upload date in the short so that future generations will 
have an idea of how old the file is before they download it.  I hate 
downloading things that only run under WB1.2.

This animation is freely distributable as long as long as credit is given 
where credit is due.
