Cookies 4.5 is a small fortune cookie program
with the following features:

- run in Shell window or Workbench interface;
- Workbench mode uses Reqtools requesters
- Shell mode can be redirected to a file
  eg for a random email signature
- very small binary
- uses standard ASCII file of cookies
- easy to add new cookies
