Hack that adds the Euro sign to the built-in Topaz font.

The Euro sign will replace the general currency sign (¤), ASCII 164, alt-y
on most keymaps.

Program remains active and can be terminated, restoring the original sign,
by sending Control-C (Break) to task (if in background, use Status command
to find number).

Include 'RUN >NIL: EuroHack' in User-Startup to use, or put program into
WBStartup drawer.

The program does NOT patch library vectors and so does not cause extra
stack usage, nor does it use any CPU time.
