A quick recompile of Neopop SDL for AROS. Appears to work ok, but I cant vouch
for sound and Im having trouble with my soundcard on AROS lately.

Excuse the crappy icon, it was just a quck and dirty rescale of a picture of
the machine I found online. Better than nothing though :)

Use Neopop --help for a list of command line options.
Ingame keys:
1-4:	 multiple screen by X hundred percent.
s: 	 sound toggle off/on
m:	 graphics smooth effect off/on
