External video driver for the Macintosh Emulator ShapeShifter and the
Retina Z2 of MacroSystems. Uses MMU to map the Retina video RAM into
the Amiga address range and therefor provides maximum video speed.

Currently supports only 8bit screens, 68020/68881 MMU and
68030 cpu's.
