This VERY little programme speeds up CrossDOS-like programs disk
recognition. It changes the numer of trackdisk.device retries to user
selected value (or the system default one). This can be useful if someone
(just like me) has many handlers attached to the single trackdisk unit (e.g.
PC0:, DS0: , etc.)
