A program which performs image processing on IFF pictures.  Includes
standard image processing functions such as convolution, averaging,
smoothing, enhancement, histograms, FFT's, etc.  Also includes file
conversion functions, a clipboard, and other useful functions.
Version 2.4, an update to version 2.2 on disk 243, includes bug fixes,
PAL support, overscanned and super-bitmap image support, improved
paint operation, better area selection, HAM histograms, and FFTs.
