"In every generation there is a chosen one. She alone will
stand against the vampires, the demons and the forces of darkness.
She is the Slayer..."
BuffyGuide is back after *two* years and a hefty overhaul, and
although I'm sure the audience hasn't exactly expanded, as always
it's a labour of love! So you get more demon & character info,
all UK-aired episodes so far, more deranged rantings from an
ex-college student who suddenly ditched the cider...
This release of the guide lacks my usual sheen and there are
a couple of odd little notes to myself lurking in here at the moment
but i just wanted to get it out now...
This is a superb AmigaGuide database full of info on Buffy - full
episode descriptions, character profiles, the list goes on...
If you're a fan of Buffy, get this right now! It's more than
worthy of your HD space. Check out these features:
o Covers every episode to date including the pilot episode
o Full pilot episode info by Antony Dzeryn
o Fast C-based search facility by Matthew J Fletcher
o Wordwrap enabled, unlike some guides apparently made in the
dark ages! (You Know Who You Are!!!)
o Alphanumeric index
o Loads of information on characters & demons
o Search for major Buffy events
o Behind-the-scenes info and trivia
o Fantastic navigation system
o Info on 139 Buffy episodes and the movie
o Interesting experiments in marathon Buffy viewing
o Lots more that I can't remember right now...
Requires:
o AmigaGuide & libraries (& datatypes for Multiview) v39+
o 68020+ to run the search program
o XHelvetica.font 11 (I figure nearly everyone has it)
o An undying thirst for knowledge of Buffy!
