GCD V1.2
========
GCD uses trackdisk-like commands to rawread from any device,
heavy errorchecking, and complex error output. It will
grab as many MBytes you specify to the selected- (default-)
file. This could be for example used to Copy a whole CD
to HD and then Mount it using "cdromemu.device".
