SpeakFreely is a cross-platform internet chat tool. A GUI version exists for
Windows machines, and a CLI version exists for UNIX. This amiga version is a
port of the UNIX version.

- special 'half-rate' mode for even lower bandwidth

- directory facilities to lookup other users who are online.

Sound processing is done using AHI. Changes in the 7.2 Unix version:
optimised code and bug fixes.
