------------------------------------------------------------

This main purpose of this program is to remove the DC offset
from a Studio 16 sample file.

------------------------------------------------------------

The program is very easy to use. To do the job you only have to
call the program followed by the name of the sample containing
the offset and the amount of the offset in decimal. Like this:

Offset mysample 2460

Offset will add 2460 to every word of a 16 bits sample, rectifying
the DC offset of the file. You can see the progress of the job
to do with the program progress bar.

The program is not perfect, :o( because you have to know the DC
offset to perform on the sample. You will have to manually
look at the file with an hex editor to find the offset. However,
I am open to any new concepts and ideas to improve the program.

I assume no responsability regarding this software or any problems
it may cause. Use it at YOUR OWN RISK. To be safe, work on copy of
your sample. I have noticed no weird behavior but who knows.
