This is special edition of the GAC FLAK.
It is in PageStream3 format. If you
don't have PageStream3, don't bother to
download this archive. There will also
be a PostScript version called
FLAK9603ps.lha.

Due to the rushed nature of this issue,
the archive is not structured as I
intended in the readme from the March
archive. My apologies.
