DO NOT USE THESE REPLACEMENTS FOR AMIGA OS 2.0+!

If you need to supply an image of a boot medium that
ends up to boot into Workbench, you cannot enclose the
original, copyright protected and non-licence-free
software modules.
To work around this, I've written from scratch:

icon.library
LoadWB
RUN
ENDCLI

for AmigaOS 1.2 up to 1.3.

If you now add a mininmal startup sequence to your
medium, you are already able to boot into Workbench.

Note that LoadWB and icon.library were successfully
tested with Kickstart versions lower 33, while RUN and
ENDCLI have been never tested by me for those old
titles.
