This program splits the Index-file from Aminet into several smaller.
The files created are named XXXX.dir, where 'XXXX' is the path and
filename of your choice, and 'dir' is the dir(not sub-dir) which the
file is a list over.

Example:
INDEX is split into
DH0:AminetIndex/list.biz
DH0:AminetIndex/list.comm
DH0:AminetIndex/list.demo
DH0:AminetIndex/list.dev
...
...
