Weather13 is a compact weather station for AmigaOS/Kickstart 1.3. It brings live weather data, 
 a three-day forecast, and a classic Workbench interface. The program is intentionally lightweight, 
 uses plain HTTP through bsdsocket.library.

 Weather13 combines a retro Workbench look with useful online weather data from Open-Meteo. 
 Window size and position are saved, weather data is cached, and the application can still start 
 without an Internet connection by using cached or demo data. It is designed for classic 
 Amiga systems (OS1.3) that are back online and need practical, native software.

 - Added native Latin-1 output for location names returned by Open-Meteo.
 - Fixed display of German umlauts such as ä, ö, ü, and ß.
 - Increased location search results from three to four.
 - Added four separate result rows to the location search window.
 - Search results can now be selected directly with the mouse.
 - Selecting a result immediately loads its weather data.
 - Enlarged the location window to accommodate the additional results.
 - Moved the Search, Set, and Cancel buttons to prevent overlap.

 - Updated the HTTP User-Agent to Weather13 1.3.
 - Removed temporary network debugging code.
 - Cleaned up unintended executable file permissions.
