Lout is a document processor similiar to TeX and Scribe.  Input is
a marked-up text file and output is PostScript.  I've used Post
to display and print on Preferences printers.  This submission
contains a Lout 2.05 binary compiled for a 68020 and the modified
sources files and a SMakefile to compile with SAS/C 6.03.  You
will need the full source files either in text/dtp uploaded
by dylan@cs.washington.edu or from Jeff Kingston as described in
the README.

I had to modify SAS/C's c.a to remove R4-based data references and
there isn't any optimisation because of some problem I haven't
investigated.
