ABOUT

This is an ARexx script for use with PageStream3.
It tries to append a so called "fuzzy shadow" to the selected object

Just select a single object (text or picture/drawing) and call the script.

USAGE

* insert the script in your script palette (rx Scripts/FuzzyShadowMaker.rexx)
* insert it a second time with parameter QUICK (rx Scripts/FuzzyShadowMaker.rexx QUICK)
* select an object and play the script
* loooook!!!


HISTORY

V1.01 (21. March 1998)
 * first public release

V1.02 (21. March 1998)
 * multiple object support!
   just select more than one object and all of them will be fuzzy shadowed
   with the selected settings.
 * for line strokes you can now add measures like mm, cm, in, ...
   just everything pagestream supports.
 * added a busy requester. So the interface of PageStream3 is now locked during
   operation. The generation of shadows can be stopped.
 * fixed bug which prevents the line strokes and stepnumbers to be calculated
   correctly. This works ok now.

 * added "Load", "Save As" and "Save Default" buttons for the prefs!
 * when started with the "quick" option a prefs filename can now be given, too.
   (e.g. "rx FuzzyShadowMaker.rexx QUICK 'PageStream3:Scripts/Fuzzy2.prefs'")
 * Aminet release

V1.04 (13. June 1998)
 * changed name to FuzzyShadows.rexx
 * corrected EMail address

V1.05 (17. June 1998)
 * color names were not allowed with spaces -> fixed!

V1.06 (18. June 1998)
 * added check gadget to allow user to turn the window off while drawing. Faster!

V1.07 (02. August 1998)
 * added check gadget to allow user to treat pictres like a box. This will not
   copy and change the fill/line of the picture but use a simple box instead.
