        Photo from the May 1994 issue  of Surfer, pp.46-47, of Davey
        Miller  _deep_  inside the tube at Backdoor on Oahu's  North
        Shore.  This is a beautiful shot from the water looking from
        the shoulder back into the tube, but with some of the scenic
        shoreline visible as well.
