Custom modules (with SongEnd support) for EaglePlayer and DeliTracker.

Notes:

1. This module runs at 60 Hz (NTSC speed), if you like 50 Hz (PAL speed)
   version you must change 709 byte of module from $06 to $05.
2. As a bonus Atari ST version of "The Immortal" music is attached, this
   custom uses Amiga replay and samples, but Atari ST song files.
