Alright, what we got here is my second MOD of 1996.  This chiptune was
written on Jan 23 1996, much inspired by SLC / REACT's "Hardchip4.lha".
I've been looing for a while for a 'label' to call the music I write
(especially the MIDI tracks* I write...now if only everyone had Chroma
Polaris cards in their PC's then you'd all be able to hear them properly)
and 'hardchip' seems to have a nice ring to it.  Hardchip4 is a fine
example of how chip tunes dont necessarily have to sound like they've
come off a commodore 64 (Now all you chip mod purists, dont get in a 
huff, I got enough respect for the ol' C= 64 )

Anyway, this mod should be played in Octamed...  you PC users out there,
you might be outta luck since I dont know anything for the PC that plays
Octamed synthsounds properly.  But who am I to say?  I dont even have a
PC...

This here mod is a little more typical of my usual style (that is, the
type of music I track on OctaMED using my keyboard and MIDI and such)
Previous MOD releases by me have attempted to translate 12+ channels of
midi + samples into 4 MOD tracks, but there's always a loss in quality
in the translation (not to mention my sampler is shi++y)
