PhotoMosai© is a particular dithering technique, which replaces blocks from orginal picture with 
bestmatching small-picture picked up from a tiles collection.

USAGE:
TinyPic source-image processed-image tile-directory

This is a slow approch: each image block is compared with all tiles. TinyPic draws a "." for each block,
at the end of an image line plots "|". You can suspend elaboration by pressing CTRL + C and restart
it beacouse TinyPic at the end of an image line creates/updates a checkpoint file.

PLEASE NOTE: TinyPic can read & write pictures saved as Portable BitMap format (PBM) only. To convert 
form/to PBM you can use free tools donwloadable form Aminet (gfx/pbm).
