This is an updated version I was working on when my printer died. Has a couple of
bug fixes and new features. (see guide for more info.)

Ordered and halftone now print the correct width.
Colour removal is better in higher resolutions.
B&W and Gray scale should now print properly.

Canon BJC6000 (and possibly other Canon 720x720) printer driver, written for OS3.5/3.9
Includes limited support for photo printhead, and text mode printing.
