There are my settings for monitor Flatron LG 795FT. 
 Feel free to use it. But You must not use it with any other monitor!
 Flatron LG 795FT has a bandwidth 205 MHZ! Check your monitor bandwidth
 before using this file!

 I have set up the following resolutions:


8 bit        640 x 480   72 Hz
             800 x 600   72 Hz
            1024 x 768   71 Hz
            1152 x 864   70 Hz

15/16 bit    416 x 312  143 Hz ; animations' resolution
             640 x 480  132 Hz
             800 x 600  116 Hz
            1024 x 768  101 Hz
            1152 x 900   92 Hz ; my system's resolution
            1600 x 1200  66 Hz

24 bit       416 x 312  143 Hz 
             640 x 480  132 Hz
             800 x 600  102 Hz

 
All 15/16 bit resolutions, especially 1152x900x92Hz, are my foavourite ones. 
8bit/24bit resolutions are not fine-tuned.
