A little bug fix for the window sizes on the CDPD 3 disk. All windows for
the fish disk drawers were too big. This little hack patches the OpenWindow
and OpenWindowTagList routines to force all windows that begins with "FF"
to open at 0,0 with a size of 640*100 pixels.
