EZBackup is an easy-to-use small backup software with removable drives like
EZ135 and Zip in mind. It uses Lha to pack the data, so you can easily retrieve
your files without the backup software. EZBackup has also a nice GUI. This is
version 1.2 where you can now delete items from loglist (sorry for not having
thought earlier about this one!). 
     Honestly, I doubt you'll find easier than this one. And it's free. So don't
be scared and try it!
