Reupload, as the first upload appeared to be corrupt !!!

Recently the EGCS Compiler has been ported to WarpUP, so now you can
develop software for WarpUP - which also will run on future PPC Boards
like the Escena Boards, as these Boards are WarpUP-Only !!! - with a
freeware compiler which supports the latest C++ Standard.

Sadly EGCS is a bit HARD to install, in all versions. This archive
contains:

- A document explaining how to install EGCS in common, and EGCS-WarpUP
  version specific.
- The tools LoadElfWOS (Load a WarpUP ELF File, like sadly the EGCS
  WarpUP produces) and elf2exe (converts a WarpUP ELF File into a
  Amiga Hunk Format File, so that LoadELFWos is not needed anymore)
- Correct inlines for EGCS WarpUP
- Source-Code for LoadElfWOS
- Info about where you get the different archives for the EGCS WarpUP
  installation or EGCS installation in general

Well, it took me really some time to get this complicated GNU Compiler
working. Not that easy like installing StormC, definitely...
